• You must provide accurate information when using the App
• You are responsible for backing up your data if desired
• You understand that deleting the app will permanently remove all your data

Acceptable Use

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores all your financial data locally on your device and only sends receipt images to OpenAI for text extraction purposes.

• We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues or app deletion

Limitation of Liability

ExpenseEasy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or inaccurate categorizations.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the App or update these Terms at any time with notice.
